  as well as face enhancement and general image/video generation. This includes any photograph containing a human face that you submit as input to our AI tools.

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless it is essential for app functionality.

2. HOW WE USE DATA

• To provide and maintain our Service, including processing your input for AI image and video generation.
• To notify you about updates or changes to the Service.
• To offer customer support and manage your account.
• To improve app performance and enhance AI generation quality.

• To store your generated content securely.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. SHARING OF DATA

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. This includes:

• Trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, or storage) used to operate the Service.
• Disclosures required by law or in response to legitimate governmental requests.
• Cases where you have given explicit consent, such as choosing to share your generated media publicly.

Face Data Sharing:

Depending on the AI model you select, your facial images are processed either internally on our secure infrastructure, or shared with trusted third-party AI providers, including:

• RunPod and Modal (self-hosted infrastructure)
• Google Gemini Flash (via Nano Banana)
• Seedance & Seedream (Byteplus)
• GPT Image 2.0

These providers use your face data solely to generate your requested output, are bound by strict data protection agreements, and delete the data immediately after processing. All face data and generated content is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure.

All third parties we work with are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

4. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data and generated content from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your data to those who have a genuine business need to know it, and your data is stored on AWS infrastructure that maintains industry-leading security certifications and compliance standards.

Please note that no method of digital transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. MOBILE APPLICATION DISTRIBUTION

The RTST.ai mobile applications for the Android and iOS platforms are distributed by Dharam Digital Private Limited, which holds the rights to distribute and publish the said applications through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and any other application marketplace on which the applications are made available.

Dharam Digital Private Limited acts in the capacity of authorised distributor and publisher of the mobile applications only. The Service, including all content, features and functionality made available through the mobile applications, continues to be provided and operated by the Company, and these Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service irrespective of the platform or marketplace through which you obtain the applications.

Your use of the mobile applications is additionally subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the respective application marketplace from which the applications are downloaded.
